Walego × HubSpot

Import your HubSpot contacts, companies and deals into Walego, then let a campaign write back into HubSpot as prospects move. Both directions are free — they run over the HubSpot connection your organisation already owns, so no credit is spent on the sync.

HubSpot → Walego

  • Contacts
  • Companies
  • Deals

You map each HubSpot property to a Walego field yourself, so a custom property you already rely on lands where you want it instead of being dropped. The import runs page by page and can be resumed where it stopped.

Walego → HubSpot

  • Push the contact
  • Push the deal

Two steps you drop into a campaign. A contact that reaches the step is created or updated in HubSpot; a contact that never reaches it is never written. A deal is deduplicated across the organisation first, so two campaigns cannot open two deals on the same company.

What the deal step writes

The deal carries the fields below, each mapped to the HubSpot property you choose. The amount is the total contract value, and the probability is the one you set on the stage — Walego does not invent either.

Connecting HubSpot

HubSpot is connected once for the whole organisation, not per seat, so every campaign writes into the same HubSpot account. A step that needs the connection and does not find it stops with “Connect HubSpot to run this step.” — the contact waits there instead of being skipped.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know

No. Reading and writing HubSpot runs over the connection your organisation already owns, so neither the import nor the two write steps spend a credit. Credits are spent by the outreach steps — a LinkedIn visit, an invitation, a message — not by the CRM sync.

Contacts, companies and deals. For each one you map the HubSpot property to the Walego field yourself, so a custom property you already rely on lands where you want it rather than being ignored.

When a contact reaches the step you placed in the campaign. One step creates or updates the contact, the other creates or updates the deal. Nothing is written for contacts that never reach that step.

The step stops before doing anything and says “Connect HubSpot to run this step.” It does not fail quietly and it does not skip the contact — the contact waits at that step until the connection exists.

Yes. HubSpot is connected once for the whole organisation, not per seat, so every campaign in that organisation writes into the same HubSpot account.

No. A deal is deduplicated across the whole organisation before it is written, so the same company running through two campaigns does not end up with two deals.
