Walego × Salesforce
Pull Salesforce contacts, accounts and opportunities into Walego, then push the ones your campaigns qualify back out. Both directions are free — they run over the Salesforce connection your organisation already owns, so no credit is spent on the sync.
Salesforce → Walego
- Contacts
- Accounts
- Opportunities
You pick the Salesforce field, you pick the Walego field, and the import follows that map every run. It reads page by page and can be resumed where it stopped, so a large org does not have to come across in one go.
Walego → Salesforce
- Push the contact
- Push the deal
Two steps you drop into a campaign. The owner and the stage come from your own Salesforce picklists, so the record lands where your team already works. A deal is deduplicated across the organisation first, so two campaigns cannot open two opportunities on the same account.
What the deal step writes
The deal carries the fields below, each mapped to the Salesforce field you choose. The amount is the total contract value, and the probability is the one you set on the stage — Walego does not invent either.

Connecting Salesforce
Salesforce is connected once for the whole organisation, not per seat, so every campaign writes into the same Salesforce org. A step that needs the connection and does not find it stops with “Connect Salesforce to run this step.” — the contact waits there instead of being skipped.
