RFID inventory tracking that makes every item in a warehouse visible in seconds, from retail stock to hazardous goods.

TMA, The Industry Companion is Margaux Pagès' inventory company, based in Berlin. It makes every piece of inventory visible in seconds: items are tagged, read with a mobile RFID reader that needs no wiring, and land on a dashboard that shows what is in stock, where it sits and how it moves. The same setup covers ordinary retail stock and hazardous goods, and the data it produces is what the team then uses to optimize stocks, distribution and sales across retail, aviation and energy.

Companies that hold physical inventory — retail and warehousing, utility and industrial gas, hospitality and restaurants — from a single shop up to Fortune 500 operations, and that want their stock counted automatically rather than by hand.

What we do

  • Track inventory
  • Optimize stock levels
  • Plan logistics routing
  • Tag items and read them with mobile RFID readers, no wiring required
  • Log every movement in, out and between sites, down to the serial number
  • Import an existing Excel stock list and turn it into a live dashboard
  • Raise low-stock alerts and purchase orders before a stockout

Use cases

Tracking every item, intake to dispatch

Each item is followed from intake through dispatch and retrieval. TMA states that this reduces inventory losses by 90%, cuts manual reporting by 85% and increases sales by 15%.

Hazardous and industrial gas

Gas cylinders, transformers and poles tracked by state as well as by location — the hazardous goods side the company is named for.

Retail and fast-moving goods

Food, drinks and fashion stock counted continuously across stores and warehouses, so reordering follows real volume rather than a monthly count.

Warehouse and logistics fleets

Pallets, containers and cartons tracked across sites, with the movement data feeding stock level prediction and routing.
